1. A 90-minute in-person consultation and assessment to understand your fertility needs, current situation, and goals.

2. A lifestyle review to identify impactful changes, including dietary and supplemental suggestions.

3. Fertility Awareness Method (FAM) counseling and ongoing support.

4. Assistance in finding the right healthcare provider matching your needs.

5. Review of evidence-based information for informed decision-making.

6. Access to suggested resources and a lending library of fertility and reproductive health books.

7. Mindfulness and relaxation techniques to address anxiety and enhance emotional well-being.

8. Biweekly video check-in sessions (60 min each).

9. Unlimited email/text support (8AM-7PM) during contracted time for questions or a listening ear.

10. Fertility Massage Therapy treatments - a series of 3 massages, with the option to add more throughout your journey.

11. A 15% discount on birth & postpartum doula services.

"Prepared" Fertility Doula Investment:

Sprout

A 90-minute intake session to get to know your history, goals, and formulate a plan moving forward. You’ll receive a write-up within 72 hours of things that we discussed and suggestions for moving forward including lifestyle considerations, diet, movement, herbs, supplements, suggested reading, and referrals.
A 30-minute follow-up anytime within the next 2 months to discuss how things are going.
Additional 45-minute follow-up visits are available as needed at a discounted rate.
